KMC Finance is a brokerage company authorised to operate in Luxembourg and the European Union under the terms of free provision of services regulations and has its registered office located at 1A, rue Pierre d’Aspelt L-1142 Luxembourg.

KMC Finance is registered with the Luxembourg RCS under number B133492 and licensed as a broker with the Luxembourg Insurance Commission (Commissariat aux Assurance www.caa.lu ) under number 2009CM001. KMC Finance S.A. listings can be inspected on the website of each of these two institutions using the numbers provided.

KMC Finance collects the Client’s personal data for its own use, as data controller.

II. Personal data protection

The data collected on our Site can only reach us through the voluntary registration of your personal data, for example, by using the contact form. They are not transferred to any commercial company or other organization. They are not processed for prospecting purposes.
